​Fireside Lending offers many different types of loans.  We specialize in equity-based first mortgages to investors. The qualifying process focuses on the equity in the property only, as opposed to personally qualifying the borrower. There are no personal qualifying requirements because our loans are equity-based only. This means we can close quickly and hassle-free. We analyze every deal on a case-by-case basis and approvals are based on the condition and location of the property and the investor’s particular needs.
